Hainan Youqi Agricultural Co., Ltd.'s durian standardized production demonstration park covers a total area of 1600 mu, located in Youqi 23 team and Shuguang team, Yucai Ecological Zone, Sanya City (18.4 degrees north latitude, 109.3 degrees east longitude). The planting varieties are Golden Pillow and Musang King. The demonstration park completed durian planting in May 2020. The park has good environmental conditions, complete infrastructure construction, and advanced machinery and equipment configuration.

Climate: Yucai Ecological Zone is the back garden of Sanya City, located in the mountainous area south of 18 degrees north latitude. The annual average temperature, annual average rainfall, annual sunshine hours, and air humidity are suitable for durian growth. Among them, the annual sunshine hours in Sanya are 600-700 hours more than in Thailand and Malaysia, which is conducive to durian sugar accumulation and fewer pests and diseases.

Soil geology and geomorphology: The soil of the demonstration park is granite brick red soil, which meets the conditions for durian planting. The mountainous and hilly land, the slope land drainage is smooth and does not accumulate water.
Hydrology: Mountainous microclimate, abundant rainfall, and perennial rainfall in Sanya. Through two methods: water storage in mountain ditches and pumping water from wells to reservoirs, to supply irrigation water for the base durian.
Transportation: The park has obvious advantages in location, close to national roads, and cement roads allow trucks to directly reach the demonstration base. The park is one hour's drive from Sanya city and 50 minutes' drive from Phoenix Airport, with convenient transportation.

Roads: The demonstration park has a 4.5-meter-wide cement road connecting the inside and outside. The main internal roads are 3.5-meter cement roads, meeting the needs of production and life.
Electricity: A 500 KVA transformer has been installed to meet the electricity needs of the demonstration park.
Water conservancy: Water is obtained and stored by pumping wells and three mountain ditch reservoirs. Three reservoirs with a capacity of 900 have been built. A water and fertilizer constant pressure micro-spray irrigation digital integrated system has been built and adopted, and water and fertilizer are supplied integrally to irrigate production water.
Water and fertilizer system: The park is equipped with a water and fertilizer constant pressure micro-spray irrigation digital integrated micro-spray system to supply water and fertilizer to durians.
Other supporting facilities: Workers' management houses, warehouses, pump rooms; digital monitoring system and digital command center and boundary fences, etc., have been built.

The demonstration park has a high degree of application of mechanized technology, and almost all operations are mechanized.
Land preparation: Excavators are used for land reclamation, mountain clearing, platform opening, pit digging, and backfilling.
Plant protection: Lawnmowers and lawn mowing robots are used for weeding, plant protection drones are used for spraying, and transportation drones are used for fertilizer transportation. Transportation rail cars are used for fertilizer transportation and the transportation of harvested fruits. Electric pruning shears, liquid fertilizer transport vehicles, etc.
Security: DJI automatic cruise drones are used for patrol, and an intelligent monitoring camera system monitors the park scene.
Smart agriculture system: Digital water and fertilizer integrated system, spore trapping instruments for monitoring pests and diseases, pest monitoring instruments, park meteorological station, command center, traceable system, etc.
Post-harvest handling, cold chain storage, transport vehicles, and other equipment are all mechanized applications. Equipped with forklifts, cold chain transport vehicles, refrigeration equipment, and sorting equipment.

In 2023, a quality management system, an environmental management system, and an occupational health and safety management system have been established. Durian has also passed GAP (Good Agricultural Practices) certification. Control documents are formulated and implemented according to the system to ensure effective management.
In order to control the company's key quality points, important environmental factors, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of employees, the company has formulated a series of rules and regulations to ensure that the goals are achieved, including: Human Resource Management Measures, Document Management Measures, Material Management Measures, Acceptance Management Measures, Water and Electricity Facilities Installation Management Measures, Durian Seedling Operation Standards, Durian Planting Operation Standards (including land preparation, planting, plant protection, and management operation specifications), Durian Quality Control Operation Procedures, Water and Fertilizer Irrigation Management System, Seedling Plant Protection Management System, Typhoon, Pest and Disease, Fire Emergency Response Management Measures, Financial Management System, Accounting Management System, Procurement Management System, Input Management System and Records, etc.
In 2023, the company took the lead in formulating the group standard for durian planting and fruit products in Sanya City, Hainan Province, in conjunction with the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences.

The company has established cooperative relationships with scientific research institutions such as the Fruit Tree Research Institute of Hainan Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the Institute of Crop Germplasm Resources of Hainan Academy of Tropical Agricultural Sciences, the Sanya Research Institute of China Agricultural University, and the Sanya Research Institute of Hainan University. By joining forces, we overcome the challenges hindering the industrialization of the domestic durian industry. At the same time, the company cooperates with the government, domestic and foreign durian experts, and scientific research institutions to provide training and guidance to villagers near the base to answer questions about durian planting. It mainly links farmers to benefit farmers through labor and cooperation, trains workers, and promotes the development of the durian industry. The company uses an average of 230 temporary workers per month. By the end of last year, it had cumulatively driven more than 3,000 people to employment in the local area, paying more than 27 million yuan in wages.
