The RMKHEAT five-layer composite aluminum-plastic pipe features a special design that ensures high safety for general pipelines, with no burrs during cutting; it has strong pressure resistance, temperature resistance, and corrosion resistance. The oxygen barrier layer is an aluminum layer made with butt welding technology, reducing linear deformation; it is easy to bend and can maintain shape and hardness.
● Long service life: Under working conditions of 70°C and 1.0MPa pressure, the long-term continuous service life exceeds 50 years; at normal temperature 20°C, the service life exceeds 100 years;
● Stable and uniform crosslinking degree: The crosslinking degree is stable, with uniform inner and outer pipe diameters, and consistent longitudinal and transverse wall thickness;
● High strength and pressure resistance: Can withstand long-term water temperature of 85°C; due to the aluminum layer made with butt welding technology, it can withstand pressure up to 10 kg;
● Good thermal conductivity: Thermal conductivity coefficient is 0.45 W/mK, which is 1.5 to 2 times that of cross-linked polyethylene pipes, facilitating better heat transfer between main pipes and floor spaces, resulting in higher heating system efficiency;
● Easy bending without rebound for quicker installation: Features easy bending without rebound, making pipe positioning and fixing during coil laying very easy, greatly improving work efficiency;
● Low thermal expansion coefficient for hot and cold: Thermal expansion coefficient is 2.5x10⁻⁵ m/mK, preventing floor cracking or pipeline system damage caused by large expansion or contraction;
● Complete oxygen barrier protection system for safety: The middle aluminum layer completely isolates oxygen penetration, preventing oxidation corrosion of vulnerable components, ensuring long-term normal operation and service life of the system;
● Smooth inner pipe wall with no scaling: Streamlined design reduces fluid resistance and flow noise, minimizing scaling and avoiding blockages;
● Good high-temperature heat resistance: Vicat softening point is 131.5°C, maximum working temperature can reach 95°C, fully meeting the requirements for hot water systems in building water supply and drainage standards;
● Not brittle or damaged at low temperatures: Can be normally installed at -40°C in winter, easy to bend without damage, with convenient and simple hot-melt and mechanical connections.
