The pressure regulating valve is an intuitive and simple flow regulation control device. The flow regulating valve used in the pipeline network can directly set the flow according to the design. Under the action of water, the valve can automatically eliminate the residual head and flow deviation caused by pressure fluctuations in the pipeline. Regardless of how the system pressure changes, it maintains the set flow unchanged. These functions of the valve allow the pipeline network flow regulation to be completed in one step, turning the network adjustment work into simple flow distribution, effectively solving the hydraulic imbalance of the pipeline network. The flow regulating valve is mainly used in centralized heating (cooling) water systems, enabling the pipeline network flow to be distributed as needed, eliminating hydraulic imbalance in the water system, and solving the problem of uneven heating and cooling. Essentially, the pressure regulating valve can be considered a pressure reducing valve, which actually reduces pressure by throttling. One side of the diaphragm or piston is the outlet chamber, and the other side is given a related pressure. The valve stem controlling the size of the orifice is connected to the diaphragm (or piston). As long as a fixed pressure is given, the pressure in the outlet chamber will always equal this pressure. This given pressure can be provided by a spring, air source, or hydraulic source.
