The unloading valve is a valve that can unload the hydraulic pump under certain conditions. The unloading valve is usually a relief valve with a two-position two-way valve (commonly a solenoid valve). Its function is to act as the set main system (oil pump) pressure when not unloading. When in the unloading state (switched by the two-position two-way valve), the pressure oil directly returns to the oil tank, the oil pump pressure drops to nearly zero, achieving some circuit control, extending the oil pump's life, and reducing power consumption.
