Enhanced molecular structure with a unique side chain distribution of heat-resistant polyethylene ensures excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and performs well under internal pressure due to its high flexibility. Its outstanding temperature and pressure resistance, along with good bending performance, have made it the most ideal heating pipe material for many years.
● Long aging life: Exhibits excellent resistance to thermal creep at high temperatures; can be safely used for over 50 years under working conditions of 70°C and 0.8MPa pressure;
● Good low-temperature impact resistance: Can be transported and installed in low-temperature environments with higher safety; impact resistance is five times that of PVC-U pipes;
● High thermal stability and long-term pressure resistance: The pipe has good homogeneity, stable performance, and excellent long-term resistance to static hydraulic pressure;
● Smooth inner pipe wall: The pipe's inner wall is smooth with low friction resistance and low flow noise, reducing scaling and preventing blockage; fluid transport capacity is 30% greater than metal pipes of the same diameter;
● Easy to bend without preheating: Bending radius is 5 times the pipe diameter, with a small bending radius that avoids pipe damage caused by bending stress concentration;
● Low brittle temperature without damage: Can be installed normally at low temperatures as low as -70°C in winter; easy to bend without damage; heat fusion and mechanical connections are convenient and simple;
● Environmentally friendly and recyclable: No toxic additives are added during production; waste pipes can be melted and recycled; non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free.
