PEX-b cross-linked polyethylene pipes achieve a three-dimensional network saturated cross-linked structure by adding silane agents to polyethylene and completing the cross-linking through a hydrolysis process, significantly enhancing the performance of polyethylene material. The product features high surface strength and tensile strength, good low-temperature toughness, high-temperature heat resistance, excellent creep and stress resistance, and significantly improved aging resistance.

 

● Longer aging resistance lifespan: Exhibits excellent thermal creep resistance at high temperatures, safe to use for over 50 years under working conditions of 70°C and 0.8MPa pressure;
● Oxygen barrier protection fittings: Effectively prevent oxygen from entering the system, protecting metal parts from corrosion;
● Stable and uniform cross-linking degree: Stable cross-linking degree, uniform inner and outer pipe diameters, and consistent longitudinal and transverse wall thickness;
● More stable and safer at high temperatures: Short-term exposure to 110°C environment, long-term use temperature up to 95°C;
● Not brittle or damaged at low temperatures: Can be installed normally at -40°C in winter, easy to bend without damage;
● High strength and pressure resistance: Ultimate burst test data >70Pa, while general pipes withstand <50Pa;
● Smooth inner pipe wall with no scaling: Streamlined design, thin and resistance-free, low flow noise, reduces scaling and prevents blockage;
● Super strong flexible memory: Improved formula and production process ensure more uniform and sufficient cross-linking degree;
● Corrosion resistance: Suitable for fluid transportation in petroleum and chemical industries;
