Check valves come in three types: separate, horizontal, and horizontal relief. The check valve air pipe connections are either ferrule type or threaded type. The check valve is also called a lock valve or pressure-holding valve; it functions the same as a check valve to prevent reverse airflow. Opening the check valve allows airflow in both directions. The check valve uses fluororubber, silicone rubber, nitrile rubber, and flat sealing gaskets, providing good sealing performance. Another relief check valve uses the same testing method but with slightly different performance: if the relief pressure range is not reached, the check valve will not open and airflow can pass; after the relief valve closes, the check valve operates normally during testing.
